Inspiring military leaders through transition and beyond.

Like you, I’ve learned the hard way what I don’t want as a leader. I don’t want to be a workaholic. I don’t want to compromise time with my family or personal life to succeed in my job. I don’t want to leave the office angry or frustrated. I don’t want to wake up every day wondering if there is more to my life.

Like you, I want to be the best leader I can be. I want to be successful, and I want to have fun. I want to surprise people by exceeding their expectations. I want to help the people I coach and lead grow to exceed their own expectations. I want to inspire others with the confidence, passion, and energy to change the world.

Here’s the good news. You can get what you want. You don’t have to settle. You can have it all. You can be an ordinary hero.

The attempt to mentor an experienced leader is not an easy task. It requires a multi-layered investment of selfless service. Jason not only helped me personally, but the byproduct of my leadership development gave me the tools to help others that will stay with me forever.
— Andre Arguello, Senior Project Manager, SAIC

Experience. Expertise. Passion.

I became a coach because I believe that too many veterans settle for less in life after the military. I see the military experience as a growth opportunity into a more empowering life as a veteran. I became a professional coach to help veterans discover their true passion and purpose in a world starving for their leadership!

I have spent the last 24 years in a variety of leadership positions. As a West Point graduate, I retired as a lieutenant colonel from the army. I commanded a battalion of more than 600 people where I spent almost three years of my life leading soldiers in combat in Afghanistan. I was the executive director of a national non-profit organization. I am currently leading a collaboration of government, corporate, and non-profit entities from across the country to implement social change in the veteran community. I’ve had an extensive journey, and I learned some things along the way.

When you leave the military, you return to a normal life. Choose something better - you have the potential to lead an even more empowering life beyond the military.
