Performance Coaching for Executive Leaders

11 sessions | 44 hours

Leaders will unlock the power of coaching in a series of powerful classes covering topics on ethics, mindset, awareness, growth, and performance.

Coaching Practicum

7 sessions | 26 hours

Participants will be paired with another student or a coach to review and hone their work in a supervised environment. This will also be an opportunity to grow in your collaboration and feedback skills.

Leadership Coach Impact Training

11 sessions | 44 hours

Align your unique Values, Strengths, and Purpose to build your dream team and bridge the gap to growth using positive psychology and leadership techniques.

Mentorship Training

10 sessions | 27 hours

Gain the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to build productive and meaningful relationships with your team using trust and rapport.

Participants must meet all of the pre-requisites to enroll. The application process includes a questionnaire and interview with the Director of Coaching and Education and is open to executive level, high-potential, and experienced leaders in the private and public sectors only. Class capacity is limited to 15 students and registration will end no later than 2 weeks before the beginning of each cohort. All courses and classes are conducted in English.
