Jason Roncoroni

As a retired lieutenant colonel from the U.S. army and an experienced leader, I have witnessed far too many veterans settle for less than they deserve. It is now my mission to guide them towards discovering their true passion and purpose and helping them transform their military skills into highly desirable leadership traits.


By combining my 25+ years’ of leadership experience, deep understanding of the military, and internationally acclaimed coaching skills, Jason is committed to empowering you to rise above settling and find your place of true fulfillment.

Adam Silva

Adam is a husband, father, friend, and coach whose passion is helping those he loves become better versions of themselves. After he left the army, Adam held a number of leadership positions in sales, franchise management, and nonprofits. He was also the Chief Development Officer and Chief Program Officer for the Wounded Warrior Project.

The son of an Army Sergeant Major and a stay-at-home mom, Adam’s heroes are his grandfather (WWII army veteran) who worked as a janitor and grandmother who was a seamstress and maid. Today, he maximizes his executive and coaching expertise to develop leaders of character who change the world for good.

Jamie Efaw

ICF Coach | MA Psychology

Jamie is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and retired Army Colonel. He graduated from West Point with a BS in Psychology and an MA in Social Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill. Jamie spent three years teaching at West Point’s Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership.

After a 25+ year career in the Army, Jamie has split his professional time working for an international non-profit in Colorado Springs as well as coaching transitioning military members and professional executives around the globe.

Jamie lives in Colorado Springs with his wife of 25+ years, Allison and their three children.

Kelly Harrison

Coach | Navy Pilot | Organizational Leadership

Kelly Harrison is an award-winning Navy helicopter pilot who successfully navigated more than 20 years of active duty service followed by a successful tenure in the Tech industry. With real-world experience in life-or-death situations and experience collaborating in the boardroom, leading engineers, and coaching high-powered executives, Kelly excels in all aspects of leadership.

Kelly is married and has a young daughter. She and her family love exploring the outdoors, camping, and swimming. Kelly believes four things are required to show up well as leaders: understanding our abilities, identifying our values, clarifying our purpose, and prioritizing every aspect of wellness. And she can help leaders get to a point where living in line with all these requirements feels more natural than any alternative.

Tim Watkins

Coach | Strategic Leadership

Tim’s purpose is straightforward: to help individuals become the best version of themselves and empower organizations to bring out the best in their people.

During his unconventional Navy career, Tim served as a pilot before transitioning to diplomatic roles across the Asia-Pacific region. After retiring from active duty, he held senior leadership roles in Aerospace & Defense and Advanced Manufacturing, including Strategic Account Executive, Director of Strategic Growth, and Vice President of Sales & Business Development.

Motivated to make a broader impact, Tim is driven by his belief in the power of people to ignite transformational and sustainable change—within their teams, their communities, and themselves.

Judy Musgrove

Judy has consistently been recognized as a bold servant leader who focuses on creating strong teams while building and growing profitable businesses. Judy’s career has spanned from leading deployments to Bosnia as a U.S.Army Medical Service Corps Officer to heading an international market analysis and development. She is currently the Assistant Vice-President of Marketing and Communications and SVMIC.

Judy’s coaching philosophy is rooted in her deep belief that we each have within us the capability to achieve our dreams. Judy views the coaching journey as a trip taken together, with the client in the driver’s seat and the coach riding “shotgun”. While she often helps with navigation or the like, clients always control the car. Along the way, Judy listens deeply, asks probing questions, and supports her clients with suggestions when appropriate.

ony Caldwell is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with over three decades of experience cultivating high-performing leaders. His diverse background, encompassing military service, corporate leadership, and nonprofit experience, equips him to guide leaders across various public and private sectors. Tony boasts a proven track record of success in leading teams of all sizes, from small, intimate teams to leading large organizations of 250+ individuals.

Driven by a deep-seated passion for empowering professionals to navigate career transitions, Tony transitioned his career to focus entirely on coaching. He specializes in guiding emerging talent, supporting new leaders and assisting individuals undergoing career transitions. His unique perspective, equips him to help others overcome their leadership challenges.

Katherine Graef

Executive Coach

Retired US Army officer with 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership positions, Katherine possesses extensive experience in leading diverse organizations. She specializes in multi-functional logistics, strategic planning, leader development, and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Katherine believes that coaching provides the means to be a catalyst for positive change across a wide variety of fields and disciplines. She has a deep seated passion to work with leaders to strengthen democracy, enhance global security, and stimulate positive social change.

Bill Sherrod, PhD

Bill is a seasoned leadership strategist, consultant, and executive coach. He has over two decades worth of experience leading complex organizations and navigating strategic transformations.

Drawing on an extensive career in the U.S. Navy and senior leadership roles in aviation, maritime, installation, and higher education, Bill brings unparalleled expertise in organizational change, decision-making under pressure, and mission-critical operations.

Bill holds a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership and is a passionate advocate for innovation. His unique approach blends values-driven mentorship, operational precision, and human-centered coaching to empower leaders to thrive in dynamic and uncertain environments.

 

Chad Lassere

Leadership Coach | Pilot

Chad is a husband, girl dad, dedicated friend, and coach committed to helping others unlock their potential. Throughout his 21-year career in the Air Force, Chad undertook challenging missions worldwide, spending the last 12 years in Special Operations. During this time, he discovered his true calling: leading and collaborating with high-performing individuals. Following his retirement, Chad joined FedEx as a pilot while simultaneously pursuing his newfound passion for coaching.

Born and raised in the New Orleans suburbs, Chad has settled in the Raleigh, NC area with his family. His wife Lindsy, a former teacher turned financial advisor, inspired him to change the trajectory of his career and pursue his purpose of helping others. Today, Chad finds unparalleled professional satisfaction in witnessing his coaching clients’ growth, more than he ever anticipated.

Greg Lembo

High Impact Coach | Growth & Transitions

After a career in Naval Aviation, Greg’s purpose is to serve his family and community. Through coaching, he encourages individuals who are striving to overcome barriers to growth.

Inspired by his grandfather, a WWII era Navy Pilot, Greg flew helicopters for the majority of his 22 year career, serving at various leadership levels which included multiple overseas deployments.

Throughout Greg’s career transitions, his family has given him constant strength. When he has some spare time, you can find him immersed in learning a new skill or navigating the wilderness on his mountain bike.
