Develop your coaching skills and achieve your professional goals.
MENTOR COACHING: a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogued process to increase a coach’s capability.
PURPOSE
Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired ICF credential level.
Mentor Coaching takes place over an extended time (three-month minimum) in a cycle that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice on the part of the individual being mentored.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
Every 1:1 mentor session includes detailed feedback based on the behavioral markers, featuring both evidence and contra evidence for the markers with recommendations for improvement.
We are focused on growth; not just achieving the minimum. We allocate two hours per session to ensure that we can thoroughly review a 60 minute coaching session which meets/exceeds the ICF requirement of 10 hours with 3 one-on-one sessions.
All feedback aligns with the ICF standard for assessor training and feedback.
We include programs of training to focus on any core competency areas of improvement.
