Inspiring leaders through change and beyond.

Life as a leader is anything but simple.

Like you, we’ve learned the hard way what we don’t want in a leader. We don’t want to be workaholics. We don’t want to compromise time with our families or in our personal lives to succeed in a job. We don’t want to leave the office angry or frustrated. We don’t want to wake up every day wondering if there is more to life. As coaches, we specialize in serving and elevating leaders with honesty, empathy, innovation, and service to others to become the best in their fields..

The good news is you can get do great things. You don’t have to settle. You can be an ordinary hero.

We can help.

1

Find your leadership identity.

Know what makes you tick! Discover your intrinsic qualities; values, strengths, and purpose.

2

Expand your leadership potential.

Get out of your head and back to your heart! Integrate evidence-based
practices through applied positive psychology.

3

Inspire your leadership environment.

Transform the heartbeat of your team culture to flourish on an individual and group level.

As a retired lieutenant colonel from the U.S. army and an experienced leader, I have witnessed far too many veterans settle for less than they deserve. It is now my mission to guide them towards discovering their true passion and purpose and helping them transform their military skills into highly desirable leadership traits.

By combining my 25+ years’ of leadership experience, deep understanding of the military, and internationally acclaimed coaching skills, Jason is committed to empowering you to rise above settling and find your place of true fulfillment.
